For the past two years as a Clinician at the Boys Program, I've seen boys turn into young men as they begin to utilize the potential we all knew they had deep within themselves. Getting to spend time with the boys each week, watching them push themselves to try new and different experiences, and seeing the insight and leadership develop as they progress through our stage system is more rewarding than I could have ever hoped it would be. Most people don't think of their jobs as a life-changing experience, however that is just what my time at Three Springs Paint Rock Valley has been.
